1. General Terms

By accessing and using the Tube-Kit platform (hereinafter — the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Service provides cloud-based automated software tools for metadata localization, translation, and SEO analytics.

2. Limitations of Liability & Platform Risks

The Service provides cloud-based automation tools for content creators, including: a multi-language video translation and localization module, publication scheduling tools, comprehensive AI-powered analytics for the user's YouTube channels, high-CTR SEO metadata generators (titles, descriptions, tags), competitor analysis tools, and direct cloud-to-channel video upload features.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TUBE-KIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: 1. Any missed, delayed, or failed video publications resulting from third-party API rate limits. 2. The actual performance based on AI recommendations. 3. ANY CHANNEL BANS, DEMONETIZATION, OR RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY YOUTUBE DUE TO AUTOMATED UPLOADS. THE USER ASSUMES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Crypto Refunds

Paid plans include recurring subscription fees. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing until canceled via your dashboard settings. All payments completed using cryptocurrency networks are final and strictly non-refundable due to blockchain transaction finality and digital asset volatility.

4. Google API Services & Data Usage

Tube-Kit utilizes official YouTube API Services. By using this Service, you implicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Security Settings page.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Tube-Kit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google API data to third-party tools, databases, or advertising platforms, and we do not use this data for serving advertisements.

Data Deletion and Retention:

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data collected via Google OAuth at any time. To revoke Tube-Kit's access to your Google Account data, you can disconnect the application via your Google Security Settings page at Google Connected Apps & Sites.

If you wish to permanently delete your personal data from Tube-Kit's servers (including your profile information, OAuth tokens, and usage logs), you can use the "Delete Account" button available directly in your account dashboard (Settings section) or submit a deletion request to our support email. Upon receiving your request, your personal data will be permanently and securely purged from our active databases within 30 days.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Since the Service provides a comprehensive Free Trial period for platform evaluation, subsequent paid subscriptions are subject to strict data usage rules.

A refund for fiat transactions may be requested within 14 days of purchase **only if there has been absolutely zero usage of the Service**. The digital service is deemed fully consumed and strictly non-refundable if the user has performed any of the following actions: connected a YouTube channel, initiated AI analytics, generated metadata, or scheduled/uploaded a video. Cryptocurrency transactions remain entirely non-refundable under all circumstances.
